Fabia Breuer practices in the various fields of intellectual property and copyright law and advises clients in contentious and non-contentious matters. In this field of law, Ms. Breuer has already gained experience in Germany and abroad since the beginning of her studies.

Furthermore, Ms. Breuer advises clients in distribution law and on contractual and warranty law issues.

In addition to her law studies at the University of Mannheim, Ms. Breuer completed an LL.B. in Business Law, which had a strong economic focus. Following her 1st state examination, she completed an LL.M. at the University of Glasgow in intellectual property law. During her legal clerkship at the District Court of Wuppertal, she worked, inter alia, for an international commercial law firm in London, also in intellectual property law.
